Outside The Lines
In the event of inclement weather, WEBSITE will be updated for possible delays or cancellations. If onsite, please remain at the event site until the staff informs you of the playing schedule.
ALL information regarding matches will be updated on website weekly.
Format - 5 sets (Boys Singles, Girls Singles, Boys Doubles, Girls Doubles, and Mixed Doubles). Teams are comprised of at a minimum of 2 boys & 2 girls (actual teams may vary based on total registered and ratio between boys/girls). Most games won, wins the match. If teams are tied (total games won) at end of 5th set, 7-point tiebreaker will be played.
Overall winners are determined based on TOTAL GAMES (not matches) won throughout season.
Mixed doubles will always be played last AND must be a boy/girl team. If no girl is present, team will forfeit set.
Priority of play based on player availability - same gender, highest WTN (min. 3 players on team).
Courts will be available at 1 pm. Come early to warm up. First come, first serve!
5-minute warm ups are allowed prior to beginning of each match.
10U Division
Format - Co-ed. Red, Orange, or Green Ball (determined based on skill). Players will be assessed on Sunday 10/22 @ 2 pm during play. Following Sundays teams will be broken out by ball color. 1st team to win 3 games (win by 1, no tiebreaker), wins the set. Most games won, wins the match.
Match Format. Singes/Doubles. Total # of games won will determine overall team winner.
Medal Winners - 1st place Only.
14U Division
Format - 5 sets (Boys Singles, Girls Singles, Boys Doubles, Girls Doubles, and Mixed Doubles). 1st team to win 4 games (win by 1, no tiebreaker), wins the set. Most games won, wins the match. If teams are tied (total games won) at end of 5th set, 7-point tiebreaker will be played.
Mixed doubles will always be played last AND must be a boy/girl team. If no girl is present, team will forfeit set.
No Ad games. When deuce, the player/doubles team returning serve will choose side to return from.
Medal Winners - 1st place and 2nd place.
18U Division

***After 11/19 matches are completed, match schedules will be as follows based on rankings: 1v2, 3v4, 5v6, 7v8.

***Most teams have 3 boys and 1 girl on one team. Girls vs. Girls singles, unless a girl is not present; then boy with highest WTN (40) will play in girls’ singles. Girls doubles: if girls are missing - acceptable combination is 1 girl and 1 boy with highest WTN or 2 boys players with highest WTN. However, when it comes to boys doubles, players cannot play both girls and boys doubles same time.
