More power or more control, or both?

To find which racket is more powerful or more control, there is different factors depends which are as follows:
HEAD SIZE: To make your shot more powerful your racket should be bigger in head size and vice versa.
LENGTH: The total distance from the bottom of the handle to the top of the head is called length. It totally depends on your height and what type of game you play. The major factor which depends upon power or control is the length of the racket. Measure between 28.5-29 inches which provides greater leverage on a swing, and therefore more power.
WEIGHT: Nowadays rackets are made lighter. Different kinds of weights are available - heavy, mid-weight, super-light.

* How heavy do I want my racket?

There are tennis rackets with different weights. According to your preference you have options.
LIGHT WEIGHT: Light rackets (235g to 275g) are generally more powerful. They are easier to handle and more maneuverable.
HEAVY: Heavy rackets (300g to 350g) are used by professionals as they maintain supreme control that is needed at the top level of the game. When it has slower strokes it provides less power.
EVENLY BALANCED: Rackets (275g to 300g) are used by intermediate players. This weight helps to blend power and control.

* What head size is best for me?

Rackets come in different range of head sizes. Larger head sizes generate more power and have a larger sweet spot. Smaller head sizes offer more control. Rackets are divided into 4 categories which is mid, mid-plus, oversize, super-oversize.
